What Is Your Return Policy?

All of our products are Hand-Crafted and we stand behind the durability of our craft. We also provide our finished products with the proper Shipping & Handling so that they arrive to you as promoted. Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart and charged to your credit/debit card, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Therefore, 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



What Is Your Repair Policy?

We will honor a request for a repair as long as it arrives to the Sir Vaughn Lab within 7 days from the date you received it. We ask that you include as many parts as possible so that we may repair your item. Sir Vaughn is not responsible for the cost of Shipping to or from the Sir Vaughn Lab for repaired items.
 
 
 
 Do You Accept Other Methods Of Payment?

We accept checks and money orders and credit cards as payment. We simply ask that you email us at Geo@SirVaughn.com. Please include a list of your desired products, along with the quantities, and the chosen method of payment. We will then reply with an address so that you may send your payment. Your shipment will be sent to delivery once the funds have been received in full.



Do You Ship Internationally?
 
Yes, we will ship anywhere around the world.



How Do You Ship?

For paid shipping, we use UPS as our only carrier. For free shipping we use USPS as our preferred carrier.


What does it mean when an item is in back order?
The term "Back Order" simply means that we need some extra time to produce your item(s). Everything we sell is Hand-Made and requires a hefty amount of time and attention to create. When we receive multiple orders at once, it may take us a few days (in very few cases even more than a week) to produce. In such cases, your Debit/Credit card will be charge immediately, and your order will be shipped once it is ready. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.


What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

Sir Vaughn admin is open Mon - Fri 10 am - 5 pm EST.  All orders will be filled and shipped within 5 business days, unless it is in back order. All emails will be replied within 24 business hours. We do not process orders, or reply to emails on weekends, unless they pertain to press.
